Naomi's Village Update

Yesterday, Naomi's Village, the orphanage in Kenya that Julie and I went to help with the construction of this past July opened its doors. This is an incredible feat, given the beauracracy obstacles, corruption issues, and logistical nightmares that only God can take credit for. Forgive the cliche, but if a picture (attached) is worth a thousand words...




Joshua was the first child to call Naomi's Village his home, and that was the teddy bear waiting for him on his pillow when he picked out his bed. 2 other children were tucked into their first bed last night. Over the next week or so, the first 15 children be there, and there are still a 4 or 5 children that need sponsors.

$132/month is a full sponsorship, but partial sponsorships are also available (Maybe team up?). If God is moving you to help, let me know, and I can put you in touch with Julie Mendonsa TODAY!
